My wife’s Pilates teacher suggested this brand and model, and she was right on - Happy wife!

It works good

This brand new item was not taken out of the box for nearly two years. When it was taken out of the box, it had very little resistance, therefore, I cannot use it. The manufacturer and Amazon refused to refund any money. Needless to say I will not be purchasing any Balanced Body items in the future, or recommending them.

I returned one 12" Pilates Ring by a different manufacturer because it hurt so much putting it between my thighs and ankles. This Ultra-Fit 12" Circle has better padding, therefore, a little more gentle on the thighs. I would have been black and blue from the one that I returned. If this is your problem, this is the one to buy. They do need, however, to repost their advertised exercises designed for this ring. I wrote to them about it. I just received the ring this past week.

Wife likes it better than a ball.

I really can't recommend this to anyone with a basic strength foundation for adductors (inner thigh). I will say it's well-constructed and durable. However, there is very little resistance. It's also difficult to keep it in place while in use. I read all of these things in the reviews and ignored them -- should have listened.

Great toning/strenthening!

When I am focused on using the “mini” for a workout I feel it. Great addition to my workouts.

箱に直接送り状が貼り付けてある状態で届きました。置き配にしていたので、少し嫌でした。ハンドル？部分の赤い線で示した箇所が接着剤のようなもので貼り付けあるので、握るときベタベタして不快です。説明書などはなく、一枚だけ紙が入ってたのみです。本物かどうか判断できないですが、とりあえず使用してみます。直径は30センチで小柄な女性にはちょうど良いかと思います。
