Is it OK to apply turtle wax ceramic paste wax on after this?  What is the cure time of your sealant?

You don't need to put a paste wax on top of this sealant - this sealant acts just like a wax/polish finish. You can if you want to but you're just doing extra work.  As for cure time, that really depends on weather conditions (humidity, sunlight, heat, etc.).  I'd say that once the sealant is applied and dried to a haze, then completely buffed off, a wax could be applied BUT, like all ceramics, the molecules align better over time so waiting a day would be best (don't forget to clay bar before applying the sealant for best results).  
I'd also recommend that one should use: Hydro Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating (Carbon Spray & Rinse Protectant) instead of Hydro Blue Pro SiO2 Spray & Rinse because it's specifically designed for a Graphene finish, not a SiO2 finish.
