MCS Puzzle Frame, 20x27, Black, Wall-Mounted

I was asked to assemble a jigsaw puzzle for my friend's stepdad. Once it was glued I could not find a frame for it. Then I found this frame on Amazon. It's stylish and a good quality. The best feature was no assembly required. It has a slim design with a plastic/acrylic cover. It also has 2 ways to hang, horizontal and vertical. It was packed very well with fragile warnings on outside box. The frame itself is a nice black color that will match most puzzles. I was happy to simply install the finished puzzle and give it to my friend. I would recommend if you're looking for a strange size puzzle frame.

Perfect. Sturdy. Shows off puzzle perfectly. Well made. Not glass. But that's ok, lighter to hang. Black or white backing which is perfect depending on what your style is (backing fills in gap if puzzle is not exact size of frame). Love it!

This is a good, sturdy frame for a finished puzzle. It was a tad too big for my puzzle, but I got it to work. I like that it is not a glass but plexiglass covering the puzzle.

I had a puzzle picture of myself and my siblings that I wanted to frame. The puzzle itself is an odd size for frames so I knew I would need a mat for it. This frame advertises that it comes with a "mat." Well, it isn't really a mat. It is a piece of paper that is the size of the frame. It is reversible, being white on one side and black on the other. I put the puzzle over the paper "mat." It looks ok from a distance, but not so much on closer inspection.The frame itself is great. I would give it a 5* review. I only did a 4* review because I really thought I was getting an actual mat to border the puzzle.

I have bought three of these frames for my 500 piece puzzles. They arrived in perfect condition. The puzzles fit perfectly. I’m very pleased with them. Would recommend.

Exactly as pictured good quality and price for the size! Easy to use.I haven’t hung these up yet not sure where to put them but I do see glare possibilities. But that’s not a big deal to me.

I framed the Alice in Wonderland puzzle my girl and I did. It looks great and the black looks nice and glossy.

The first thing I noticed is how heavy and sturdy the frame is. It isn't just cheap and flimsy. It arrived already put together. I was glad to see the box was to be opened on the end, rather than across the face of the frame, because I would've been afraid of scratching the plexiglass with a cutting tool. The frame has a sheet of plexiglass, a black/white heavy paper for use as a border if the puzzle is under the full frame size.I was excited to get my puzzle framed and on the wall, but when I removed the outer plastic that it was sealed in, I was disappointed to find that a line I had seen was actually a big deep scratch in the plexiglass. It looks like it was the top sheet in a box and someone ran a cutter along the box scoring the top sheet. It's very visible even with the colors of the puzzle to mask it.My next disappointment was when the grand moment came to lay my puzzle in the frame. It didn't fit. The item description says, "MCS Frame for Puzzles, Black, 24 x 30 in or smaller." The box of my puzzle (White Mountain, so it is good quality) says it's 24 x 30. I should have just bought a frame from them. Theirs is more expensive, but they sell theirs for their puzzles, so I assume it would fit, or they'd not have such a good name in the puzzle industry.I do quite a few puzzles, and could make use of this frame for another, if only the plastic wasn't scratched. Such a disappointment, but such is the nature of online shopping.UPDATE: I did end up putting a smaller puzzle in this frame, even using the scratched plexiglass sheet. I just didn't want to go to all the trouble of shipping it back, and that seemed to be the only option with this company. If only they would just replace the scratched plexiglass with a new sheet, I'd be completely satisfied.

The frame arrived fine but upon opening up the back, the frame cracked in 2 spots.

Es muy fácil colocar distintos tamaños gracias a una lámina de fondo negro/blanco. La tapa trasera es robusta y queda bien ajustada.

We love this frame. It was easy to mount the picture in the frame and we had no problem hanging it on the wall.
