I am not one to buy bread on the internet, but I was reading a blog that talked about increasing your protein intake. One of the ways suggested (if you do not want a lot of meat) is to look for bread with a high protein count per serving. It has 7 grams of protein which is high for bread. After tasting the bread, you quickly notice that the use top notch ingredients. They use olive oils rather than the traditional seed oils and no added sugars. If you can afford to move away from white bread, then this bread is worth the money. I found that it works bests for sandwiches as its consistency and flavor creates a great daily lunch. If you are looking for bread that is vegan and low carb then this should be a bread high on your list.

Well, ingredient list. Stretched, but... It's as good as I could find. Now, first, taste. I took three pieces, toasted them. Adding only butter. Very happy. Bread? As close as I have tasted. Bread, to be honest, of any sort, isn't all that good. But coat it with butter, add meat and cheese, etc? Sure. Bread... is bread, to me. Not much. But I liked this. The Keto brand tasted like chemicals, toasted or not. This had a bready, nutty, taste when toasted. Next, blood sugar testing. I lightly toasted three pieces, adding only butter. Blood sugar started at 140 fasting (high, I know, been trying out various things, off and on, after a year of carnivore, and it is showing). One hour after, it was to 147. Two hours later it was at 146. I... can do that. I am very satisfied, at this point, with this bread. My only real complaint is the price. It will be more for a special treat. I bagged the rest, and froze it. Without preservatives, it will go bad quickly. Days, less, once opened. Even storebought bread, done right, does that. Fair. But, I will buy more loaves, and just freeze them, if in parts. Pulling the whole loaf out to thaw is... a bad thing. Good luck in your journey to health. Wow! I live on healthy stuff but this tasted like cardboard and I tried 2 flavors! For the price, I suffered through eating it but definitely will not be buying again

It is challenging to try and make a low Keto bread and have it be flavorful. The texture is ok, the density is a bit weak but that is because it is Keto. This bread is light but satisfying so I will buy it again. I give it 3 stars because it is a bit expensive.

This is the best tasting low carb bread that I’ve tried. I avoid “modified” starches, and this brand doesn’t use it. The only reason I haven’t rated it five stars is because $17/loaf is a bit expensive.

Best tasting low carb bread.

I have been on a low carb diet (I only can have 50 TOTAL carbs a day), I have been searching for bread that I can use for sandwiches for lunch. I was skeptical at first but risked and bought this bread. I cannot express enough how great this is. With total of 5 carbs per slice and the great taste, I definitely will be continuing to buy this. For someone who grew up in Germany, bread has been the main staple in all meals. Once I moved to the US, I gained a lot of weight and it was time to get rid of it. This bread is the one you should be buying! It is fluffy, toasts well (on low like a 3 on the conventional toaster) and it tastes pretty much like multigrain bread. I have bought a lot of different "KETO" breads before and I will never buy any other brand/type. I bought the "Plain" one and have not tried the 'flavored' loafs.

This bread is fantastic for a keto diet. Let’s be honest, no healthy low carb bread is going to taste or feel like regular ole store bought Wonder bread. That’s the trade off. But this bread is freshly made, has super clean ingredients, and holds up well for toppings like avocado or peanut butter. It toasts up nicely too unlike some that crumble and fall apart. Other reviewers noted that it can get moldy. Here’s why: it’s not full of ingredients you can’t pronounce to keep it preserved. So.. just make sure you freeze it and use it as needed to avoid that issue. The shipping is fast too-it always arrives well before the estimated delivery date. If you have realistic expectations for a healthy bread then you will enjoy this one. Give it a try!
