Good jars . Pity their plastic lids that they sell separately dont fit

I'm happy with these I use them for making yoghurt in my instant pot also for Saurkraut. I wash them first then sterilize in the microwave. They seem to be qood quality up to now.

I really like these jars, a good size and the pattern looks nice. I needed to properly sterilise them and so steamed them for 90minutes, not touching the bottom of the pan. When taking them out, one of the jars had a small crack in the bottom corner. Maybe just a dud, and it can still be used, however I feel it is weak and won't be steaming it again, just dishwasher next time.

For those of us in the UK who have been trying to match wide mouth jars available in the UK with US lids recommended by Adrienna from YouTube's 'Clean Food Living' I have finally found the jars to match....'The Easy Fermenter Lids, and Mason Jar Sprouting Lids both fit these jars, and available on Amazon 👍The 32 oz size are twice the volume of the widely available 0.5Ltr Kilner Wide Mouth Jars. The above mentioned lids do fit 0.5Ltr Kilner jars but I find the jars themselves too small for various ferments. The Litre Pickle Jar from Kilner have a much bigger lid circumference. Hope this helps ☺️

These are great jars for storage. I use mine in the freezer for my bone broth. But I don't put the lids on, as not to break them. I just place some cling film over the tops. I havent used them for preserving, so not sure how they withstand water or pressure canning. I will say, these had some of the best packaging I have come across.

Ich habe mir kürzlich diese Einmachgläser gekauft und bin mehr als zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Deshalb gebe ich den Gläsern 5 Sterne!Die Gläser machen einen sehr gut verarbeiteten Eindruck. Das Glas ist sehr robust und der Verschluss lässt sich ohne Probleme festschrauben. Dadurch, dass man die Gläser einfach in die Spülmaschine tun kann ist es auch schön einfach die Gläser wieder sauber zu bekommen. Durch das Design auf den Gläsern sehen sie außerdem auch noch schön im Regal aus.Durch den Twist-Off-Verschluss, bestehend aus einer runden Platte mit Gummiring zum abdichten und dem Schraubverschluss zum befestigen der Dichtungsplatte eignen sich die Gläser perfekt um verschiedene Lebensmittel über längere Zeiten zu fermentieren oder einzulegen. Ich habe die Gläser z.B. verwendet um Kimchi, Jeong, Pickles und Sourdough-starter zu machen.Das beste an den Gläsern: Sie sind schön groß!Ich kann die Gläser nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich benutze sie für meine getrockneten Pilze. Sie sind von guter Qualität und durch die Prägung auch hübsch. Bin sehr zufrieden.
