Lasted 6 months then failed
Great product until the controller failed, now cannot control the lights at all and they've dimmed right down to almost being pointless. Up until that point, the lights were great and would've highly recommended. AND 2 DAYS LATER, COMPLETELY FAILED. WILL ORDER ELSEWHERE Update: Great communication from the seller, item replacement received and I'd say new led strip supercedes the original. Highly recommend this seller to all buyers!!!

Nice lights
Initially wrote a review on these lights stating they stopped working after only 5 month's of use. The company contacted me immediately and apologised. They offered me a full refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement which arrived promptly. Excellent customer service, couldn't fault them at all

Broken within 6 months!
The lights no longer work (i bought them in Dec 2022 & it's now May23) they won't switch on unless you disconnect everything & then put them back together, even then, the remote now doesn't work (i have changed the battery). These are rubbish and as they are stuck to all around the room, i have to leave them or face pulling them down & having the paint come off with them. What a waste of money! I do not recommend you buy these lights

Good value, but 6 non-functioning lights
It stuck to the wall well, the light and choice of colours is great, not too bright. But 6 lights didn't work from day 1, which is very disappointing.

Highly recommend these lights. Ideal for our caravan awning and very reasonably priced.

Easy to apply and trim if needed needed to replace as went faulty del next day new new ones
Was easy to apply and can trim if needed. Remote works well and can do various styles. Only down side was this one stopped working. After 4 days. Was easy to arrange refund and replacement came next day. Couldn't fault it till then daughter loved the settings and colours. Given good feedback went for same again. Hopefully new ones do the job

Stopped working after 7 weeks* update seller replaced
I bought 2, one has stopped working after 7 weeks but Iโm out of refund timescales? Update; seller contacted me and offered full refund or replacement. I took replacement since I have another set still working. New ones came within a few day, seller was easy to deal with/ communicated with me throughout. Iโve not been asked to update review but thought I should as it shows that they rectified
