This product is of good quality and value. It's easy to use and well tolerated by your digestive system. I've experienced no ill effects.

I have blurred vision because of dry eye there's no cure for that except for some type of surgery laser. My insurance won't help me with that of course. I just stick to reading glasses. I have noticed an improvement from taking this but the problem still exists. So I will continue to take the product and hopefully further along in time it will improve even the more I'm not looking for a cure I'm not looking for a miracle I'm just looking for something that will help me manage something that will just make it a little bit easier. Without having to constantly put dry eye drops in my eyes all day. This is a good company and the ingredients are good and quality and it's worth the try. I take three a day. One a day is not enough I will not see any results if I do that. I might consider for a day

My wife and I have been purchasing Jarrow this products for years now. It is a great addition to a balanced diet and exercise. I have done extensive research into vitamins and try to find a balance between what supplements provide the best bang for your buck while also limiting how many vitamins we take each day. Pro-vitamin A or carotenoids is a water soluble type that has virtually zero risk of overdosing. A vitamin A complex will give you all the correct forms needed for healthy body. These include; Beta-carotene is water soluble with cancer protective properties. Lycopene - studies have shown to prevent prostate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian and cervical health, Vision and cardiovascular health. Alpha-carotene and Zeaxanthin - cancer protective. Lutein - protects against cataracts and macular degeneration. It is important that both forms, Pre-formed and Pro-vitamin are maintained through a good diet and proper supplements.
