Punky jerome russell B Blonde Temporary Highlight Spray, Beach Blonde, 3.5 Ounce

I bought the beach blonde color to use on my daughter who was playing Tinkerbell in a school play. She has medium brown hair naturally and this spray worked great to transform her into a blonde for the night and give her the classic Tinkerbell look. The color was what I would call yellow gold and even a little sparkly, which might not give a “natural” look, but which worked perfectly for my needs. It washed out easily.

I wouldn't call it a "color" spray, it's pretty much really fine gold mecca, it gets everywhere, especially your chest and shoulders if you have long hair. it'll get on your cloths if you have longer hair.

The product was not at all what I expected. First, the spray is NOT blonde - it is more of a gold metallic shimmery dust accent. That being said, the spray did not coat very well. After covering a section of my hair with this spray so that it would actually appear more gold, the color quickly flaked off and faded. Additionally, one can of this did not even cover all of my hair. While I do have long hair, it barely made ANY difference, apart from adding a bit of sparkle. For $7 this was DEFINITELY not worth it.

I would recommend this for someone with short brown hair who wants to be blonde for a Halloween costume. I say "short" because I have very short hair and still needed almost the whole can to get complete coverage. The spray washed right out after one shower.I doubt this is the product you're looking for if you want a wholly realistic blonde appearance.

I ordered this along with a blonde root touch up spray from a different brand for some faux highlights, for a special event. My hair is naturally red and has some natural and salon highlights in the locks so I was just wanting to lighten up the hair from my scalp to my shoulders.First, even when held at the recommended distance this spray goes on your hair very wet, had I used this one I definitely would have had to restyle, with heat, after using. The further away you get the less gets on your hair/more on your shirt, the closer you get for a more accurate spray it just makes your hair look greasy/doesn’t really dry.Secondly, when this was all over my shirt, it was gold glitter. It definitely had an unnatural shimmer to it, which wasn’t what I was expecting.I gave it two stars because it did a good job of brightening on my naturally red roots, however I wouldn’t consider it to be dark. I do think if I wasn’t trying to achieve a natural look this would be a good brand. I would buy the pink one if I wanted pink hair, I just wouldn’t buy the blonde again.
