Taste good
The flavor isn’t bad. I was concerned I wasn’t going to be able to chew them because there are quite a few comments saying they don’t taste good but if you like green apples you will be able to tolerate chewing these gummies. Since I have only been taking them for a week I can’t comment about their ability of doing what they are suppose to do….

They taste fine but I’ll have to keep taking them for another couple of months before I’ll see proof of whether or not they make a difference. I have celiac disease so these are great because they are gluten free, also because of my condition my thyroid and hormones have been severely abused throughout my life time so if these work it would be a game changer. For any of those who are texture sensitive, it is a bit grainy. I do feel like I have more energy but that could also be due to me getting more sleep.

Benefits young adults
Bought these for my daughter who is 19 yr. She said they helped with maintaining her energy levels. Although her thyroid numbers were normal and she was watching her diet prior to taking these, the extra help from this product has been extremely beneficial.

Bought this thinking I will try. Now I live on these! My energy levels are higher and I sleep better. Not a fan of the taste but the results out weigh the taste. Definitely recommended!

don't give up too soon!
I have been taking these for a couple of months and there is a difference from when I started, its been a slow and gradual improvement, but a definite feeling better and lessening of symptoms

Value for money. Not a bad flavour. They seem to be working as I'm not as puffy. My fingernails are growing quicker and haven't got ridges.
