Just got the item and tried them they literally taste like candy :) I can eat the entire container ! Also I’ll leave another review as I get bloated easily and usually always constipated. So wanting to see if this actually relieves the bloating I feel. Especially after eating chipotle. Or anything that’s super heavy.

Good products
Prefer the capsules but couldn’t find in stock so bought these. They are a tad bit sugary so not my favorite. I am not sure if gummies can be made without sugar?? Otherwise, I do love the Mary Ruth products but unless in a pinch may yry to stick with capsules.
