I was a little bit sceptic at first, but checked the reviews and ordered it. My issue was.. Some nerve problem that came after I had a pacemaker surgery that is affecting my left shoulder etc... Numbness and pains trough my left arm... and .. I play ALOT of guitar .. everything on my left side was always under lots of stress and abuse.. This was god sent! had it on for the past 2 days and finally my left arm feel a lot more normal, with better support and I'm getting more mobility and less pain. Also I love the fact that it pads my pacemaker and the small pressure that it puts on it actually helps and is soothing. It fits supper well I'm a 6,1, 200lbs man. I will probably have this for a very long time the materials are out of this world!

I bought the wrong size the first time as I'm a medium-build guy so got medium but it was too tight around the bicep and had to get the next size up. I called the manufacturer at the number provided in the package and they promptly sent me another one in a large size without hesitation. The new one fits great and works great. This is all going to depend on your issues to begin with. I have a frozen shoulder and it helps, although not 100%. I have a friend with a torn rotator cuff and it works exceptionally for them. I have zero complaints
