This IS the Good Stuff, directly from Modena Italy!
Great quality, taste, price and delivery. Glass bottle was well protected in multi layers of bubble pack. Unbelievable flavor. I use this to rub into beef, especially steaks. Also great for dipping sourdough bread, etc. Enjoy….. J

So beautiful
Absolutely delicious. Its thicker than what you are used to but not as thick as a glaze. The flavor is full bodied and I used it for a red sauce to add depth, but on a salad this would be amazing.

Smooth and rich, with the perfect amount of sweetness and acidity for us
We have been ordering this for several years now and our oil and vinegar salads have taken on a total new appeal. I grew up with "white" salad dressings and always thought putting "brown stuff" on my salads took away the freshness and visual appeal of the salad. Maturity, experiences and travel opened me up to many new things. I learned to appreciate many foods I avoided when I was young and a really good Romaine based salad with arugula, peppers, onions, mushrooms, often with raisins, cranberries. walnuts and grated Parmesan topped with extra virgin olive oil and this great Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar has become a one of my favorite meals. There might be better Basalmics out there but this one does it for my wife and I.

Improves quality meals with a kick
I overall appreciate Oro balsamic vinegar. It’s the ultimate complement flavor enhancer. it delivers to taste to ordinary food dishes, spurring them into the stratosphere of the extraordinary. This results in plain dishes becoming-not so-plain, anymore. It’s now my go to for improvement in textures and flavors. I know that have something good here that has become staple that I rely on for better tasting special food dishes. I keep it very close by, and always have another one in reserve.

Sharp Acidity but Taste is Good
On the nose, it stinks with the sharp acidity and also has a little hint of soy sauce. On the palate, it has a sharp flavour of acidity and lacks agedness and woodiness. The overall taste is pretty good and enjoyable. Viscosity 6/10, fruitiness 5/10, sourness 8/10, sweetness 5/10 and my personal rating is 89/100. By taste it is 3 stars but the price/taste ratio is excellent.

Caprese salad you've been warned!
Perfect decadence to price ratio. Nice balance of flavor and consistency Gift worthy with a nice EVOO.

A good medium priced balsamic that won't break the bank
This is a really big step up from the cheap balsamics you see in the grocery store. It's a small fraction of the cost of the real DOP Modena vinegars but it gives you a pretty close approximation. It's syrupy, sweet, intense but smooth. This should be used in application where it is added to olive oil for dipping, or dribbled directly on salad, veggies, flatbreads, proteins. It's too good to just add to sauces or stews as a cooking ingredient though -- for that purpose, keep a bottle of balsamic glaze handy. To go up from this to the real DOP balsamics, the really old ones, it get super expensive -- $100 for 100 ml. That is like spending $300 for a bottle of Bordeaux -- not in my budget. It may be better but I'll never try to find out.

Great Balsamic
The best balsamic for the price by far. Many are too runny of sharp, but this one has great consistency and taste
