Tommie Copper Infrared Therapy for Knee, Elbow & Ankle – Unisex Rechargeable Red Light Therapy Support for Muscle Aches and Pain Associated with Arthritis

I recently purchased an infrared light therapy shoulder wrap, and I wanted to share my thoughts, especially regarding fit and initial impressions.First off, the wrap has plenty of material, allowing for a snug fit on my shoulder. At almost 6' tall and weighing 240 lbs, I typically wear an XL or XXL shirt, and this wrap accommodates my size well without feeling restrictive. It provides good coverage and stays in place during use, which is a big plus.As for the therapeutic benefits, I haven't had it long enough to assess its effectiveness fully. The infrared light feels soothing, but I can't definitively say it's providing any significant relief yet. I plan to use it consistently to see if there are any noticeable improvements over time.For anyone in a similar size range looking for a shoulder wrap, I would definitely recommend this one based on its fit and comfort. I’ll update my review once I have more experience with the therapeutic effects!

This is an amazing joint wrap. Friend let me borrow hers& I fell in love with it. I swear it was like magic when I put it on. This was In November 2023 went to Disney World when I used it & it was my best friend. I didn’t even have to wear it everyday but I did keep hers with me incase pain started. This Tommy Copper knee/arm wrap worked fine the first 8-10 times I used it but when I brought it back out after a while and charged it up (blue light was showing) the on/off switch stopped working. What a cheap and now worthless purchase. And of course no support. Make things that last 3-5 months and then go pfffft!Never again from these folks.R

We were hoping for some wider deployment of LEDs to hit back of shoulders. Were skeptical before use. Not any more. You can feel some heat when it’s on, (bare skin) so you might think, “eh…”. However it really worked for some stubborn para-cervical and high T-spine areas some of which were quite deep! They state to use no more 3 times a day. We only used twice a day with excellent results. If you want to feel lots of heat, get something else. If you want to heal upper back and neck muscle spasm, this is a great way to handle it. Charges relatively quickly for a full days use for both of us, works only not plugged in, so you are free to move around while getting a treatment.

I feel the infrared is helping as I use this on my knees regularly. However the Velcro that helps it attach to itself is absolutely horrible. Barely any grip at all to stay on even when you sit still.

Well , I know this product is expensive BUT, as bad as I hated to pay this I knew it had money back guarentee.....ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, WORKS LIKE IT SAYS AND IT IS AMAZING. A CHIROPRACTOR IS SOOOOO EXPENSIVE AND JUST A TRIP TO THE DOCTOR IS LIKE 150.00. SO, GET YOU ONE OF THESE THEY ARE RECHARGEABLE AND COMES WITH PLUG FOR YOU. YOU WILL BE SAVING MONEY IF YOU TRY THIS. OH, YES I ALSO WRAPPED AROUND MY KNEE AND YES, IT WORKED....BELIEVE ME IF IT DIDN'T WORK I WOULD TELL YOU. BECAUSE THIS IS LIKE $200.00......INVEST IN YOURSELF

This device is too expensive to not work effectively. It promises pain relief but doesn’t deliver, There are cheaper options that work better
