I suffer from bad PMS and I've been taking this vitamin now for about 4 months and can absolutely see the difference. It regulates my mood throughout the month and makes me feel great and stable on a daily basis. It contains lots of vitamins and minerals in good quantities. The quantity of tablets is also generous - I've been using it for a couple of months and still have quite a bit left. Yes, the tablet is large, but it's also smooth and easy to swallow, plus it's one tablet and then it's done, as opposed to other brands where you need to take multiple tablets. Highly recommend getting this!

I like these tablets as they have a good amount of all the vitamins without giving you doses that are too much. Most of the vitamins and minerals are listed as 100% RDA except important ones like folic acid where women are recommended to have 200% so they provide this amount. The tablets are quite large so some people may struggle to swallow them, but personally I have found them ok. About the size of your typical fish oil tablet. I haven't noticed any bad taste or any negative effects. I buy a lot of NuNutrition vitamins and have always found them to be good with great customer service. Some of their vitamins/tablets I can definitely notice the effects of them, but with multivitamins obviously it is harder to tell.

I've bought several different products from this company over the past couple of years and all have been really good quality and they have great customer service too.As regards this multivitamin, it's another high quality offering with a fairly comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals . I've only got two small niggles, hence the four stars. One is that it's a fairly big pill to swallow. That's not a problem for me personally but might be if you find big pills hard to cope with. My other beef is that the amount of vitamin D3 is only 5 micrograms and marked as 100% RDA. That's no longer correct in the U.K. as the SACN Guidance on Vitamin D 2016 , on which healthcare professionals base their advice, is that 10 micrograms is now the recommended RDA unless people are in a high risk group for Vitamin D deficiency. So it's a bit light on Vitamin D. Having said that , it's not a dealbreaker and this multivitamin is still excellent value for money with nearly a 6 month supply in the pot for less than £10 plus it's got some extras like hyaluronic acid thrown in as well, which you won't find included with many multivitamin preparations, plus some iodine added too. Final verdict...buy this multivitamin. You won't regret it. UPDATE. I've just realised the tablets are scored so can be broken in half if need be.

I really love this particular brand of multivitamins for its effectiveness and I think it doesn’t get enough credit for what it does. My nails and hair are growing “wild” like forest trees, lol because of the biotin it contains and of course, it does what it says. I like the fact that it contains hyaluronic acids and ginkgo biloba, these aren’t present in other brands. And with the 6 months supply, you get value for your money. Only con I see with it is that it’s too big to swallow but that’s not an issue because I always snap the tablets into two. I’m buying more soon for both myself and other family members and I’ll highly recommend this to anyone who needs very effective multivitamins.

These are packed with essential nutrients and my wife seems very happy with them. The only downside is the size as they are quite big if you struggle to swallow tablets. Overall she is very happy with them and would recommend them. Great value from a good company.

The pills are really big, and therefore I found them hard to swallow. I can't vouch for effectiveness as I couldn't continue using them.

Great product, to buy all these supplements individually vosts a fortune, so this product is for me amazing, and sooo much easier than swallowing a handful of tablets as these have everything I need all rolled into one, high quality too xx I highly recommend

These multi vitamins are quite big which I don't mind and good value for the price . I've only started taking them so I can't say if they help or not. The one downside is they taste awful. If can get them swallowed straight away it's fine tho.

Just received the item today and hugely shocked to find the seal inside partially open. There was even a strand of hair inside on the underside of the seal. Secondly, the label on the bottle states the best before date as 07/23. This is a 6 month supply so the product will be expired in 10 days. How did this product even get listed?
