It has good pressure, and the heating function also helps with easing the knots. It was helpful in preventing knots in my back becoming headaches. However, the stitching came apart just 3 weeks after it arrived….. for this price, I would expect it to last much more than 3 weeks.

I had to discard my previous neck/back massager after years of use, and bought this one. It does the job, the quality looks good. To use it, press the massager gently to firmly on the backside, anywhere from the bottom up tho the neck, it really helps with the muscles. It features infrared heating (it does help), 3 speeds and power-off after about 10 minutes (just switch it on again if you need more time). Money well spent if you have back pain.
