Good Ingredients, But Results Were Limited
Pros: The capsules are easy to swallow and the quality of the ingredients seems good. I liked that it contains a triple magnesium complex and is gentle on the stomach. The packaging is neat, and there were no issues with the product on delivery. Cons: I bought it mainly to improve sleep quality and reduce muscle fatigue, but the results were not as noticeable as I had hoped. It took several weeks of regular use, and even then the improvement felt minimal. The price is also on the higher side compared to similar magnesium supplements. Overall: It is not a bad supplement, but it didn't make a significant difference for me. It may work better for others depending on their needs, but based on my experience, the benefits were average and not enough to justify the cost.
