I connected it. I waited for it to heat up. It didn't. By body produced more heat in 2 minutes than the pad did in 30 min

The quality is great! Very soft and comfortable fabric! You don’t actually feel the filaments like a lot of people said. There’s like 7 different heat settings so you can set it as your cat likes, 3 is optimum for my medium sized cat. There’s also a timer setting so it will automatically turn off after x hours if you set it, without having to worry about turning it off. My only complaint is the size is a bit small, I got the smallest size which was for cats and my cat fits on it but it’ll be more comfortable if it was slightly bigger.

The fabric seems comfortable for her but it tends to snag easily, so if you want to keep it undamaged, it's advisable to place something additional on top...like a thin sheet. The option for multiple timer settings OR constant on is great.; a lot of the competition only offer one of those options. Keep in mind, all of these products are low wattage (relatively) and do not get that warm. Anything more than a thin sheet will block/absorb a lot of the heat. That being said, the mat definitely helps to keep our cat warm and comfortable in the winter. She has lived in the unheated workshop her entire life and she always sits or sleeps on this mat whenever she is resting. She certainly loves it.

This is a great pad. My cat loves it. Works well. Controller has a timer and heat level settings.

First one I bought 2 years ago ,April 2024 is working great. Second one I bought in February 6th. 2026 never worked and I missed the return or replacement date by a few weeks because I didn't open and try it immediately ! Don't recommend this product because Amazon doesn't stand behind this product... A waste of Time and money. Sincerely, A former Customer.
