After trying several other seat cushions and chair pads that have a defined design for the buttocks but were not that comfortable, I am pleasantly surprised that this big thick square is what feels best! It has a soft velure cover that zips off for cleaning. It's supportive firmness yet a soft give supports my back and allows me to sit comfortably at a desk for several hours. I chose it because I needed to see over the computer monitors at church to best run programs for worship, sermons etc. I am 5'4 and about 135lbs and find that after several months, this cushion still feels new and gives me the physical boost to sit higher than the chair allows. I highly recommend!

I am very happy with this. My couch is low and I needed something to lift me up so my knees are at a 90 degree angle. This did exactly that. It’s firm but still soft, so it’s comfortable to sit on. It returns to its shape when not in use. Time will tell as to how long it will retain its firmness, but for now it’s great.

I went through three cushions that I bought but had to return because of the poor quality or they were uncomfortable. But once I received this one I was thrilled that it met all of my needs. It is the right mixture of firm cushion but still soft enough to hold shape and be very comfortable. Also the removable cushion cover makes it easy to keep clean. I am very happy with this cushion.

Perfect to help older person out of chair. Looks expensive. Will buy a second one for another chair as it is good quality.

I bought the black version about a year ago, and it is and was great - very soft, very comfortable. But my older cat commandeered it and I didn't have the heart to take it away from him, so I bought another, this time the tan one. But this one was hard as a rock - very stiff-surfaced. It would start to displace as you sat on it, becoming somewhat form-fitting, but not comfortable at all. I kept it for about 2 weeks, hoping it'd soften but it didn't. Thinking it might just be an old cushion or bad batch, I returned it and got the grey version. Same thing! Hard as a block. I give up. It's possible the black version is the only one that's soft - or sells fast enough that the foam doesn't decay or whatever is wrong, but I'm not taking a chance anymore. I can't recommend this brand at this point. Look elsewhere.

Super soft. My cat loves these for his cat bed. Previous one came apart from being laundered. Easy spot cleaning. Soft microfiber and thick cushion.
