The recipes look amazing can’t wait to start trying everything out! I think one of the best parts is that it gives you a grocery list of everything you need so you don’t have to try and make one up yourself 😎👍👍

Basic knowledge of how this author came to be a supporter during his time in the medical community, siting his research on the subject. Then he goes on to give recipes with pictures. Just the right amount of easy to understand reading for the average person to understand the carnivore diet. A pleasant read and explanation.

This book has some very informative information for the first 15 or so pages and then goes into the recipes. They are simple recipes and easy to follow. I've recommended this book to others that are trying out the diet.
