I’ve been using this specific product,NAD3. Foundation of youth for well over 6 months. I’m writing this review as I make my next purchase because I truly do love it and have seen the benefits from using it more than a few months. I’m 45 going through menopause unfortunately but as a result of that, I lost all my energy and motivation. Many things happened because it changes the body so much. I even had blood work done to make sure it wasn’t anything serious affecting me in such a way to lack energy etc. Nothing was wrong so I decided to try a few things. Lions mane being one which I do recommend if you drink hot tea or coffee in the morning because that will help as well with memory etc.but I also started taking these NAD3 capsules and it became a part of my morning routine taking them with water as soon as I woke up and let me tell you, everything changed as far as my energy levels, not having brain fog anymore, my sharpness and being able to focus, changes in my skin as well. I feel like it’s definitely helping me stay youthful looking. Lol I already look younger for my age but I truly feel like these will help me stay this way. I do see and feel a HUGE difference and improvement in how I feel. These have done wonders for me and if your a woman in perimenopause etc. I really recommend these to helping you feel better and like yourself again. I do also take vitamin D3 once a week prescribed from my doctor. I take 2 of these as soon as I wake up and start my routine. I can’t express enough how AMAZING this product is!!! I’ve been taking this NAD+ supplement for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference, especially in my energy levels. I am 55 and in menopouse, it helps to boost my energy levels. The capsules are easy to take. also like that it’s made with ingredients aimed at overall cellular health, not just a quick energy boost. Of course, results can vary from person to person, but so far it’s been a positive experience for me. Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a more natural way to support your energy and general wellness. 👍

I have been taking nicotinamide reboside (NR) for about 15 months now. (I started pterostilbene at the same time as I started NR just because pterostilbene was suggested as "often purchased together" with NR and it's not very expensive. Prior to NR/pterostilbene, I occasionally took CoQ10 and now I take it every day. Also, I have been taking omega 3 fish oil (EPA & DHA) for 6 months. So, now I take all these four daily.) I'm a female in mid 50s. The first thing I noticed after NR was that I no longer felt exhausted in the evening. I could keep on working with good productivity. Before NR, I did not drink alcohol (beer or wine) with dinner because it would make me feel tired enough that I could not motivate myself to work after dinner (desk work with computer). Several days after starting taking NR, I tried a small glass of wine, which would normally affect me, but I didn't feel affected at all and was very impressed. Still, I didn't want to waste NAD+ for metabolizing alcohol, I kept away from it except for social occasions. One more thing I noticed was that after NR, I could stay up late until 1 or 2 if I wanted to due to the lasting productivity and alertness. In order to have a regular rhythm, however, I have to remind myself to go to bed by midnight. By nature, I am a good sleeper and I still am. I see no change in my vision. (I'm nearsighted with some presbyopia.) I dance on a weekly basis and I'm very flexible, but as I age, my joints feel less sturdy against stretching. NR doesn't seem to do anything about it. Actually, I do not know what happens if I stop taking pterostilbene. I may try taking just NR in the future.

Editing to clarify: this review is for Niagen, nicotinamide riboside, not the new product (HPN NAD+ Booster), they are using the same listing! I did not get the same result with the new product, am still getting the good results with Niagen. Original review: I was going to wait to review this as my main reason for buying it is to improve recovery time, from exercise and injuries, as that is the major "symptom" I've experienced with aging.. But after 4 days, what I have noticed is MENTAL CLARITY. It is like having better vision, except I do not believe my vision has changed. Everything seems clearer in some way, and I have a slight uptick in energy, not much and not at all like caffeine or stimulants, just a gentle increase in attention and awake feeling. I am thrilled already with this supplement and, unless some unpleasant side effects emerge, plan to keep taking it indefinitely, particularly if it does help with recovery time. I tried two pills the first two days, three the next, decided two felt better so will continue with that dose for now. Edit - I did go back to three pills after a week. The overall feeling of clarity and health has remained steady. I am very impressed with this product. Second Edit, four months in - clear thinking continues - I did a one week "washout" at 3 months and yep I don't think I'll be doing that again, can tell a difference when taking this. I can't really tell if there are other positive effects (some people report improvements in appearance or weight or libido but it's difficult to split out the effect of supplements from that of exercise/good eating/skincare), but certainly no downside except cost, and that for me seems manageable and well worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend this, you should be able to see effects or not by the end of the first bottle and one bottle isn't much of a gamble.

I'm sure this product does wonders for my body, cellular metabolism, and whatever else the internet told me it will do--I'm totally satisfied in that regard; however, the packaging is needlessly insensitive to the dire planetary situation facing our species,even though it looks totally cool and embraces a novel concept with the design of it's lid. I do not want to pay for cool packaging that is detrimental to the environment. The design of the container utilizes waaaaaay too much plastic and material, even if it's recyclable. It even seems to be coated in a thin layer of rubber... Cut down on the packaging and save us some money alongside our ecosystem.

After hearing so much about NAD3, I decided to give these supplements a try. It was worth every penny. My hair, nails, skin tone, etc. etc all looked much better than it had in years. I also had a lot more energy to get through the day. This one will be a monthly staple in my house!

Now a long time user of this product, the first purchase was from another manufacturer, but I see little difference in effect. Now to the nitty gritty of my experience overal. I am 79 years old, beat up from too much life, broken back as kid, active as hell throughout life, now having five joint replacements. A year ago or so, I was dragging myself around having lost my bounce and vitality plus I had nerve damage from the spinal injury of 70 years. I could not stand in one place for more than five minutes without extreme pain and then lose control of the left leg, in a shell, I was getting bad off. Also I was struggling with memory loss. In order to get a good analysis you must test old mice or old men, not the young ones. At 50 I could run a marathon, at 78 not. Within several weeks, my pain had gone away, I could wander around, stand around and now a year later have to remind myself of what I was then. I can and do walk several miles at a time and do not feel the fatigue. I logged off some property and worked hard, not as good as I once was, but loved working hard again. I have never taken a higher dosage, only 125 mg. To 250mg. Only know kicking it up to 500. This stuff works, it has set the clock back many years for me. After a year when I mention my age, folks cannot believe it, they see me as 20 years younger. I know, some will think this BS, but you old farts out there give this product or another a try, it might bring you around.
