Great product
This protein R1 has a great taste, good value for your money, mixes well with either water, or milk and is digestible. It does leave you full, texture is perfect. I highly recommend this product. Plus you are getting in your protein.

I train boxing and Muay Thai, and this protein has been one of my favorites for staying lean while still helping with recovery and muscle growth. It was actually recommended to me by my nutrition coach whoโs an IFBB pro, and now I understand why. It mixes smoothly, tastes great, and doesnโt leave that weird chalky โsad gym shaker bottleโ texture some proteins have. I throw it into smoothies, oats, coffee, yogurt, pancakesโฆ honestly half my kitchen has this protein in it at this point. ๐ Great macros, clean protein, and helps keep me full after hard training sessions. Pretty good, I like the efficiency. The other brand I want to try is 1st Phorm, but I really like the 25g of protein in a 30g scoop plus the hydrolyzed isolate. Simple, clean, mixes well. I think this is worth it, especially since Intek stopped making their chocolate mint powder.
