What is R1 Protein Whey Isolate?

An exceptionally pure, fast-acting high-protein drink mix made with isolated whey proteins that have been extensively filtered to remove fat, carbohydrates, lactose, and cholesterol. The macros are about as clean as proteins get.

How is R1 Protein Whey Isolate different than other whey proteins?

100% of the protein in R1 Protein Whey Isolate is from intact and hydrolyzed whey isolates. These premium sources yield higher protein content and contain significantly less fat and sugar than concentrates used in typical 100% whey protein formulas.

When are the best times to use R1 Protein Whey Isolate?

R1 Protein Whey Isolate is best used before and after workouts when fast-delivery of EAAs and BCAAs is most beneficial for muscle repair and recovery.

How do I prepare R1 Protein Whey Isolate?

Simply mix one scoop of R1 Protein Whey Isolate with 6-8 oz. of cold water, milk, or juice in a shaker cup or in a glass with a spoon. For added variety and nutrient boost, try blending R1 Protein with ice and fruit to create delicious smoothies.

Is R1 Protein Whey Isolate suitable for competitive athletes?

As an Informed Choice certified product, R1 Protein Whey Isolate is regularly tested for the presence of banned substances by world-class anti-doping laboratory, LGC.
