USB Type C HUB, USB C to USB/HDMI/VGA/LAN/USB-C Female Charging Adapter Compatible with MacBook Air/Chromebook Pixel/Dell XPS 15/Razer Blade Stealth Ultrabook/Asus Zen AIO/HP Spectre 13

All ports work except for the Ethernet Port with my MacBook Pro 2016 which was is very important for me. I tried to locate a manufacturer website to see if there is a driver I can download and can't find any reference to this product; now where to be found. Nothing relevant shows up in Google either. I have sent an email to Unicshop who sold this to me to see how do they respond. Based on that I will give an Update to this review. Other than that the product is very well built and of quality although expensive and all ports should be fully functional out of the box.UPDATEI was able to troubleshoot myself and make it work. If you have a MacBook Pro this is what you need to do:1. Open Network Preferences.2. On the listed connectivity devices select Thunderbolt Adapter.3. On the bottom select the "gear" icon and select "Manage Virtual Interfaces".4. On the pop-up window it should be already pre-selected Thunderbolt Bridge.5. On the bottom of the pop-up window, press the "pencil" icon.6. From the listed options make sure you select at least the USB 10/100/1000 LAN.7. Close windows and now in Network Preferences select Apply.8. It should now work.

I just used for 3 days as HDMI converter to my monitor. and then it is broken.the only thing working in this device is just usb that i am using for my wireless mouse.

It's a really good hub with a lot of connectivity for one usb port. Good functionality, and it's probably great for anything up to a 13" MB Pro +Touchbar, since they only require 60 watts. However, for me, it's no-go because I have the 15" Pro +Touchbar, and it needs 87 watts. This adapter only puts out 51. For reference, according to system report, the Apple AV adapter put in with the 12" Macbooks gives out 55 watts.These kinds of things are CRUCIAL to know, especially if you're like me, and you know you're going to be pushing the performance envelope. My advice, if you can't find anywhere that specifies the power output for something that's supposed to charge your device, don't buy it.

I bought this after looking at several different adapters. The important thing for me was value for the money. Even though the Macbook has been out for a year, at this time there are not a lot of options for USB-C hubs but this unu one is great. Build Quality: 5/5 feels like something you can buy at the Apple store. The surface is smooth and it has a nice heavy weight to it, it doesn't feel like light cheap plastic. Functionality: 5/5 With other adapters at this price, you get NO pass through charging and/or you get fewer ports(1-2). At 4 ports and macbook charging for 25, this more than makes up for the macbook 12's single port deficiency. Furthermore, I use Duet Display to connect my iPad as a second monitor, and this manages to charge the Macbook AND the iPad together while both are actively in use with screens on. I didn't try it with multiple peripherals at once though, so in that case it may not charge an ipad. I also did a 6gb file transfer to a USB stick and it went smoothly without problems at decent speed, although not full speed.

Looks shiny and connect Ethernet. There is absolutely NO HDMI connectivity! NONE!Useless.

I've had this for about two weeks now, works fine for me. This unu typec Hub arrived sooner than I expected, with the packaging in perfect condition and it also worked as soon as installed. No negatives.I would highly recommend this product.

It handles all the needs but worked just for 2 weeks. I think issue is with the way it packages and comes, the wire is folded and may be some issue with that.
