This is really cute. Got it for my son's 37th birthday. The light on it is functional. Not an expensive knife so dont know how long it will last but it is more of a novelty thing. Seems to be decently made. My son got a kick out of it. I think I will ever reorder me one to carry in my purse.

Unique knife to add to collection
My Dad loved it. It is a novelty knife not one to really carry. We opened and closed it a few times before gifting it and it worked fine. There light worked too. It did stop working for a few mins after popping the seat up to see if the batteries are replaceable. We were able to get it working again. It looks like the wires are connected directly to the battery so they are not meant to be replaceable.

Very cool!
Like other reviewers, the light did not work upon arrival. I took the two small screws out to find the button for the light sideways. Once I fixed that it works perfectly now! It has great weight to it and the knife is easy to open and close. Blade seems pretty sharp. My 8 yr old approves and says dad will love it for Christmas! I took off a star since I had to fix the light button.
