Can I use this a saltillo tiles?

I don't see why not, it's a cleaner not a polish...leaves nothing noticeable behind. If you have un-sealed raw Saltillo...I'm not sure.

Can you use this on wood floors?

I do not have wood floors. This product was recommended when I had my new kitchen floor installed. I would suggest contacting a flooring company to ask if this product is suitable for wood floors.

I have porcelain tile floors and the provider recommended that I always use this product.
