How long do filters last and where can I buy replacement filters?

Each bottle comes with one 75cl filter and each filter provides 53 gallons/200 liters of pure water, which is about three months of typical use. You can buy replacement filters right here on Amazon.

How do I use the bottle?

Super easy. Just fill, replace lid and drink. To drink, sip/suck water through the filter. Avoid excessive squeezing. Freshwater only. No salt water.

Why am I not getting as much water out of the bottle?

If you are unfamiliar with water filter bottles, the flow rate is slower than regular water bottles. This means the filter is doing its job of removing contaminants as you draw water through the filter.

What does the filter remove?

The filter removes viruses (which most filter bottles do not remove), bacteria, parasites, PFAS and other chemicals, chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, heavy metals, sediment and microplastics.

Can I use this bottle to fill a glass or pot?

Water-to-Go bottles are designed to purify water as your drink. They are not designed to fill another vessel. You can easily get water from the bottle to brush your teeth but filling a glass or pot is not recommended.
