Early observations: I like the treble (iem not yet burned in though). The treble sounds extended and detailed. The midrange is slightly recessed but not too distractingly so. The bass is beutifully bouncy and taut I have a number of KZ iems and this one has good seperation of instruments and a fair depth perspective. The above was ascertained while listening via a sony Xperia IV smartphone. I'll give it a fews days to bed in then I'll listen via my Dragonfly Blue and iFi hipster. Cracking value for money iems.

This is definitely different from other KZ IEMs I’ve used. There’s better clarity, basically this iem sounds clean, might work well for some people because it has relatively bright top end, this might probably add to the illusion of higher resolution. Because of the case design, it might actually not fit some people comfortably even though this makes it to fit so perfectly like a glove on my ear. Edit (17/03/2021): Well the recent scandalous revelations don’t change how this sound like as I mentioned already above. But it of course does change how I see KZ/CCA group, especially after their rather odd response to the accusations. So keep that in mind when considering this IEM and looking at my comments about it. Make your own decision and consider that this 1 DD earphone should be cheaper than it is because it is not a tri-brid unit as advertised.
