Good kit! Pump worked swell
Was perfect to get the gear oil changed in my Mercury. Would’ve been eceptional if it came with the seals for the drain plug/fill plug. But those are easily attained at the dealer. This was a great price for this setup, wayyy more at the local marina.

Mercury Marine Gear Lube with hand pump
This arrived quickly from the seller, and the pump made changing the lower unit oil in my 2003 75 hp Mercury outboard a SNAP. Recommend!

Good quality lube, pump works
I could imagine a marine mechanic would not be pleased with the pump/tube, but I am! I saw other peoples reviews and that the pump was "useless". I put a small hose clamp on the tube to the pump and tightened it just a bit. Slow, steady pumps and i had no issues. Gear oil change was done in less than 10 minutes from drain to fill. Great product. Just dont handle it like a caveman, its plastic. If you handle as it is intended, it works great.

Does the job well
Works great with my 2012 Mercury 60HP four stroke. Three small screws (two vents and a drain) and this screws in the bottom drain hole and does a great job. Just pump until oil comes out the vents then replace the vent screws first then the bottom drain. Makes the job easy.

This is really good one for the Mercury engine

Have a 50 horse mercury CT command thrust very easy. Just take the top vent out and the fill plug drain out the bottom the pump adaptor that comes with the kit will screw into the bottom. Fill it up until oil starts coming out of vent Plug and plug then put the plugs back in. Remove the adaptor from the bottom quickly put your finger over the hole then quickly put your drain plug back in. Takes about 15 minutes to do.

This kit makes replacing the lower end lube very easy. It's that time of year again, happy that I have this kit for this annual maintenance.
