Perfect Ergonomic Chair for Long Working Hours! I’ve been using this chair for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made for my home office. It is sturdy with neck and back support as advertised. Would have been good if the neck support could be slightly advanced forward giving support to the neck even when the back is not touching the chair edge. A user manual is good to include for ease of installation, or show only the video meant for this model, not all the videos. Otherwise it feels comfortable to sit on this chair for long hours.

I have been using the chair for more than a year. I have purchased two chairs one for me and one for my brother.Chairs are Comfortable, Relaxing easy to use with good client support after Sale. I had faced an issue with chair get quick resolution. Very happy with quality and Support after Sales.

It's only been a day since I've started using the chair. It arrived before the estimated time and the packaging was protective enough for an item like a chair. It has 5 parts that need to be assembled. All parts were covered in cling film and protective cardboard wrap. Despite this the tilt-tension cup at the bottom of the cushion had scuff marks right out of the box. Whether this is a fabrication flaw or damage during packing or shipping is anyone's guess. The chair is mostly made of plastic which seems sturdy, but lacks finish. I would've liked a better grade of finish for this price point. The chair came with a QR code that directs you to the assembly instructions. It takes a few steps and about 15 minutes to put this together. About the chair, let's start from the bottom. The castor wheels seem sturdy and the wheel spokes seem to be made out of metal. The hydraulic rod upon which the cushion sits has the right resistance as you lower the seating position. However, I anticipate that this will change with time and use. The seat cushion is unimaginative and pretty much run of the mill. The softeness/firmness seems right, however, I can't imagine sitting in it for hours at a stretch. The tilt-tension knob at the bottom doesn't seem to do anything. It's hard to twist in either direction and produces no effect on the swiftness at which the backrest can be drawn back. The cushion has a lever to adjust height and to lock the backrest to minimum recline. The chair doesn't allow you to lock it in a recline position of your choice. Thigh coverage is adequate for adults ranging from 5'5" to 5'8". The lumbar rest is the only consolation in this chair. Easy to adjust and the cushion is of the correct firmness to support the spine. The arm rests can be adjusted for height by pushing the buttons on the side and moving them up or down. The sliding motion is jerky and might take some effort. The backrest is lackluster and I wish they had paid more attention while designing it. It's firm and only hugs the lower half of your back. The shoulder blades and scapula are unsupported which might produce soreness if you sit in this chair for too long. I am not too fond of the nylon mesh for the backrest because it gives the feel of sitting in a hammock. The head rest is where the design loses all grips of reality. I might as well have bought a chair without a headrest. The headrest doesn't move forwards-backwards; it only swings up and down and has a vertical height adjustment. However, in a close to upright position of seating, the head rest stays about 3 inches away from the back of my head. In order to rest my head, I will have to throw it back against the headrest which makes for a horrible viewing angle when I am working. There is a knob for the headrest which does nothing. This is the second such part in the chair that provides no effect on the settings of the chair. So, if you want a chair under 10K and are just starting your home office with no certainty whether you will continue working from home for a long time, then this is the chair for you. If you are settled about working from home or are shopping for your second or third home-office chair, up your budget by another 5K and buy a different chair. As a tip, make sure the backrest of the chair you buy has a cushion not a mesh. Edited July 15, 2024: The headrest snapped off spontaneously. I emailed the company about this hoping to get a solution. They never wrote back. Knocking them down to 1 star.

The chair is good overall. The headrest was initially missing, but customer support responded quickly and packed a replacement ASAP. However, the courier service they use caused delays they didn’t pick it up the first time, and it took about 10 days for the second attempt to reach me. As for the headrest itself, it’s not very useful comfort-wise, but it looks okay and matches the chair.

Very comfortable chair, a must have companion for those who have to sit while working for long hours. It gives you right posture, it is designed in such a way that your body does not have any long sitting side effects. I am using it from past three years and I sit continuously for 6 to 7 hours and I am very much satisfied. Their customer support is also very prompt, in case you have any problem with chair they resolve it quickly.. A must have product for office or those working from home..😊😊

Pros + Assembly is straightforward + Quality looks good + Price is affordable Cons -- Wheels are too slippery, you cannot use it in home without a carpet. My one year old kid can push the chair across the room with his hands It may be good for office environment where carpets are there. Only reason for 3* otherwise it's close to a 5* product Cannot comment on egonomic yet. Will have to use for few days to feel it
