These are amazing! As an adult I take 1 and about 30-45 minutes later I am sleepy and am sleeping through the night. I have used them about 3 times over the last week. Highly recommend for adults who want a lower dosage to avoid feeling drowsy the next morning. My only complaint is the flavor is a bit sour.

This really works for our 3-year-old! She’s full of energy, and bedtime can be a challenge. Since starting this, she actually settles down easier and falls asleep on time. She enjoys the taste, and we haven’t had any issues with her stomach. The quality is great! It doesn’t have a weird smell and feels gentle and effective. I was surprised at how well it worked! 1 tablet worked perfect for my 12 year old who has a difficult time falling asleep. I should have used this a long time ago.

These maletonin tablets come in handy when my 4 year old has had an exciting day/evening and needs a slight push to help calm her body down long enough to fall asleep. She is very hyper active and has a hard time relaxing sometimes. Don't worry we ware working on self-calming techniques, but in the mean time, I feel comfortable using this natural way to help my young daughter. I also take maletonin at night on occassion to help me get to that point of being able to fall asleep. The suggested use is one tablet for a child 3 and older. I only give my 4 year old who weighs about 30lbs 1/2 of a tablet and it works just as well as a full tablet. She loves the taste of the grape flavor. The tablets are meant to be chewed but the powdery substance slowly dissolves too. As far as I remember the ingredients are natural and safe. The best part... they are non-habit forming!

My 4 year old son is autistic and we usually have to sit by his bed to make sure he is laying down for bed or else he will get up and run around. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for him to sleep. He tends to to get burst of energy’s before bed. We decided to purchase this melatonin to try. So far for 3 nights he has been able to knock out right away. It is helping my husband and I put him to bed easier and less time sitting on the floor by his bed. My son seem like he sleep better and I notice he wakes up happy. This melatonin works faster than the last one we used. So far no bad side effects. It smells like grape but my son has no problem taking it. It works perfectly. I gave it for star for now. I will give it about a month before I update

I hardly give reviews unless the product is extraordinary or subpar because in those two cases it’s worth my time to drop some lines. This product falls into the extraordinary category because I tried countless other products (even adult products. Yes im ashamed but I did because my grand kids were driving me insane staying up til the wee wee hours in the morning when my two sons brought their kids over). I was on the verge of not allowing them to spend the night because they just wouldn’t fall asleep until 2 or 3am in the morning when they’d come visit me every other weekend. It’s absolutely imperative that I have my sleep. Before I declared they could no longer sleep over because of their insomnia issues, I decided to come here as my one last final resort and I bought this product with absolutely no expectations it would work. I just wanted to say I tried before i cut overnighters out with the kids. The next weekend, the kids came over, i gave it to the kids at 9:30pm and they were out like a light in exactly 1hr. I just thought maybe they were extremely tired since we had a very full day of activities. 2nd weekend same scenario except we didn’t do many activities due to inclimate weather. 3rd weekend same scenario and a moderate day of activities. Without a shadow of doubt, At that point i knew it was these pills because in exactly 60 min after giving it to them, they are out like a light fast asleep when that was absolutely unheard of before trying these pills . I greatly thank this company for helping to save my weekend sleep overs with my grandchildren because now we can continue to create wonderful memories together with their sleep overs since they will go to bed now with ease within 1 hour of me giving them this product. No more anxiety about worrying about when they will ever go to sleep. No more sleepless weekend nights that gave me a bad start to my week days because of my sleepless hyperactive grandchildren keeping me up all night long. Because of this product, we all have a good night of appropriate rest and excellent sleep that’s starts a great day ahead

1 mg is overdose to my 3 and half year old boy, I gave him 1/4 tablet, now he didn't show any reactions, he went to sleep in half an hour, after few days I am giving half tablet, it's really working on him he is talking long sleep. So please start with the little dose
