I was so excited to receive these two hoses. Only to be disappointed. The connector to the hose was fine. The connection to the mask fit however, it was loose and air would leak. I constantly am moving it or holding it down to try to get the air to stop. My mask seal has always been good but since i got these a week ago my app is telling me to check the mask seal. I will be buying one from the manufacture. I don't leave to many reviews and so I feel bad now that i sent this first one out. I ordered a new mask and used this hose and it worked perfectly. I'm guessing my old mask which was probably 2 years old was stretched out or loosened. There is no leakage and works perfect. The new mask came with a short tube as well which obviously worked well but I wanted to give this hose a chance to redeem itself and it did.

Needed replacements because cat was chewing holes in the hose. In order to get this part of the hose I have to pay for a whole mask kit through apria. These work great, fit perfect on my res med N 20 mask AND are so sturdy the cat tried to chew on it and I thought "oh no" but it held up! No holes from kitty teeth. Comes with 2. Probably the most worth-it thing I have bought on amazon.

I order all my medical products from Amazon, it's cheaper than using my insurance and ordering from my local medical supply house.

Just received the 'new improved' short tube that is designed to fit the Resmed N20 nasal CPAP mask. The vent end that attaches to the mask works great .. snaps right into place, swivels and no whistling noises. It is made just like the OG but uses thicker material for the little 'ears' that you pinch to insert the tube into the mask. The short tube is the weak link in the whole mask. Mine always break just below the air vent swivel where the tube is stressed the most by being bent when you're laying down. The hose/tube itself is a stiffer, thicker material which should hold up better. The only problem area is, as always, still the end that fits into the main long tube is slightly too small and easily slips out. The easiest solution is wrapping the end of the short tube with some medical adhesive tape to create a tighter fit. Going to try it and see how long it lasts. Just happy to have these as at a reasonable cost for emergencies if nothing else as they will certainly work and last a few weeks. EDIT: July 3. Still using the same short tube since March 5th. The only problem, as previously mentioned, the hose/tube slips off/out of the connection to the nose piece and the long tube. Wrapping a layer of medical adhesive tape on the ‘male’ connection works well. Just check to make sure the connections are fully seated before sleep and they rarely pull out. No breaks in the hose or connector. Very pleased.

2/26/25 This item is not made properly. I've had it about a month, and the rubber seal is too loose and has disconnected multiple times while I was asleep/using it. The part that clicks into the nose pillow comes undone too easily, and has also been disconnected a couple times by accident. I have not had this issue with other models. The rubber opening needs to be smaller.

These work great. Better than ordering from the pharmacy and a great value and price

This was the only replacement available when I ordered. It is NOT the part that I received with the Resmed machine. It does not fit like the original part. It has a female-to-female adapter that connects the hose to the mask. This connectors leaks in some positions. The pressure relief holes are not the same as on the original connector hose- and they emit a high pitched whistle, which is annoying. If I had it to do over again, I would not have ordered these and I would have waited until the correct hose (i.e. not a knockoff part) was available.
