I believe that this compound has essentially eliminated my knee pain. I have been taking Osteo Bi-flex for quite some time for joint pain--I am 63. The story behind the Osteo-B is that I had been complaining to my wife about pain and she recommended I try it. Within three days I experienced a significant, noticeable improvement. When I finished the bottle I stopped taking it and after three days I felt like someone had beaten me with a bag of oranges! Needless to say that I got back on it in a hurry. About four months ago I began experiencing pain in my right knee. I had not experienced an injury and could find no reason for the pain, which was aggravated by running. My doctor suggested an injection, which I declined. I then went to a chiropractor and was put through a regimen of exercise and stretching--no joy. I then read a scientific study that had evaluated a series of treatments for arthritic pain. Glucosamine/Chondrotin (Osteo Bi-flex) was indicated for general joint relief, but not knee pain. The supplement they recommended for knee pain was Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables. When I sought this out I came across the Arthocen 300 Joint Health product AND IT HAS WORKED LIKE MAGIC! I do not know why it targets the knee, and I do not think medical science does either, but it just works. I can run without pain and am a happy camper.

After completing my first bottle, I can say that I've have less joint discomfort than usual. However, because it was winter, I also haven't been as physically active as usual, so I'm not sure whether this deserves any credit. I do plan to keep taking it, so I guess that says something. If my joints hold up better, over the spring and summer than last year, then I'll try to update this review.

I have hereditary OA in my knee. Supplements, physical therapy, shots, followed by more expensive shots then more PT didn't work for me. Tried the Costco supplement and it made things worse. It has Magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide and FD Red #1. These ingredients are banned in Europe because they contribute ill to one's health. I'll throw this away and wait for Genacol to be delivered. It is better this way rather than be bedridden. So that's why the manufacturers won't show the ingredients.
