How well does it handle differant size drink bottels?

It fits a medium size Gatoraide bottle or coffee mug.

Which side of the handlebars would you mount this to for a right handed person?

We mounted this on left side, otherwise, mount would interfere with throttle and wires, at least on our trike.

I purchase one of these for my goldwing and love it. but is the spacing right for a 2013 can-am spyder rt limited. cause i need one.

This Drink holder doesn't use a clamp to fasten to the handle bars it uses the break or clutch lever bolts. They have to be between 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 inch apart and facing towards the rider. Th cup ring is 3 1/4 inches for the standard and 4 1/4 inches around for the BA size and about 5 1/4 inches deep. Hope this info helps.
