Eufy is a good product.

I bought this camera at a premium rate compared to other vendors selling same brand cameras because it said it’s battery operated when in fact it isn’t battery operated. Will be returning this back

Product details mentioned that this is battery powered camera! But its not!! Don't have battery and works only by wired!!!

Bought 2 cameras in January 2024 but after 2 months both cameras started to go offline which is very frustrating when you are travelling and don’t have anyone to restart the devices. The manufacturers don’t want to do anything about it and I have been searching the Amazon site to write back to see if there is a way to contact the sellers.

I’ve been really happy with the Eufy Indoor Cam E220 2-Cam Kit so far. The video quality is super clear (2K makes a noticeable difference), and the night vision works better than I expected. Setup was quick and pretty straightforward through the app, and I like being able to check both cameras in one place. The motion detection is solid and alerts come through fast without being overly sensitive, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that there’s no required monthly subscription if you don’t want one—local storage is nice to have. Overall, it feels reliable, easy to use, and a good value for a two-camera setup.

I’ve been running this 2-cam kit indoors for a bit now, mainly to keep an eye on pets and to check in on the house when I’m out, and overall it’s been solid and easy to live with. Setup was quick, plug it in, connect to Wi Fi, and you’re up and running in minutes. The app is straightforward and gives you a lot of control without feeling cluttered. Pan and tilt works smoothly and covers the whole room, which means I don’t need to perfectly aim the camera when placing it, however, you should be mindful of elevation, as the downward tilt range is the most limited. Motion tracking does a good job following movement, especially with pets, without constantly losing the subject. The image quality is very clear for indoor use. Details are sharp enough to zoom in and still see what’s going on, and night vision has been reliable in low-light conditions. Two-way audio is clear on both ends, useful for checking in or getting a pet’s attention when you see them misbehave. Surprisingly, I really like the on-device AI. You can choose to only get alerts for people or pets, which cuts down on pointless notifications. Local storage via microSD is also a huge plus, no subscription is required unless you want cloud backup. However, with a big enough micro SD card, cloud backups are unnecessary. They do need to be plugged in, so placement depends on outlet access, but for indoor monitoring, that hasn’t been an issue for me. All in all, this 2-cam kit feels like a well-balanced option for indoor monitoring, especially in my condo with cats. Good video quality, flexible coverage with pan and tilt, useful motion tracking, and no pressure to pay monthly fees. It’s been doing exactly what I wanted it to do. Highly recommend!

No matter where you happen to be in the world, the Eufy system as a whole is brilliant. I am not that guy that writes a review after having the product for less than a month. I am that guy that gives you the good, the bad and the ugly. But only after I have used the product for eight months or more. In this case I have been useing the Eufy systems for years. NOt only here in the United States but in my home in Costa Rica. So hold on to your seat and I will tell you the real deal. The Eufy system has given me live updates and recorded events in both locations and the updates are in real time and recordings are stored on a local drive or mini SD card. Last year while I was in the USA one of the security guards responsible for the safeguard of the community where my home is located in Costa Rica was lounging pool side in my backyard. He was so bold that he even had his girlfriend with him. Unbeknownst to this security guard and his romantic companion the Eufy system records even at night. Their conversation which was in Spanish was recorded and the last thing she said before their departure was "don't forget the towel" The next day I forwarded the video to the owner of the security company and lets just say that security guard is no longer gainfully employed. I also use two different Eufy smart locks and I have some ugly news about one of those locks. But I will write a review about both locks in the near furture. But for suer the Eufy system is great and it is a one time cost and not once has it failed.

I want to start off by saying that I currently own 6 Eufy cameras. 3 indoor, 2 outdoor, plus a new e340 doorbell camera that I am waiting to be delivered. All of these cameras are great. Especially these E220's. I got the 2 pack for a pretty good price from Amazon. I also LOVE Amazon! These e220's are easy and very fast to install. I've already got the eufy app, so install is literally only 5 mins per camera. Most of the time is due to the updating and syncing to my wifi. The actual install only takes 1 minute, the rest of the time is spent waiting for the update etc. The camera quality is good at 2k. They have a nice wide field of view. The picture quality is great. Obviously, the more resolution the better, but these ones are good enough for my indoor use. They zoom, have an alarm on them and you can speak and listen through them as well, via the app. They are plugged into a 120V wall socket. They have pretty good night vision as well. They record when movement is detected and you can customize it all in the app with many different options. I always buy SanDisk 10 speed, 120GB MicroSD cards for these cameras. They work 100% of the time in these devices and they hold a ton of information. Best thing with these Eufy products is that there are ZERO monthly fees and you can view the cameras via the app from anywhere in the world with a stable wifi connection and your phone or tablet. I highly recommend these cameras. I also highly recommend Eufy, itself. I will be buying more. Thanks Eufy!
