Is this suppose to have a seal on the jar or at least come in a box?

It did not come in a box but had a seal on it. Loved the product!

Is this safe for keratin treated hair?

Yes! The Money Masque is safe for keratin treated hair. All Color Wow products are sulfate and paraben free.

The manufacturer says there is no protein in Money Mask but it is listed in both ingredients and in the details. I am confused?

There are different types of proteins. I’m no expert on proteins, but I’ve had no issues of dryness with Money mask.
