More useful than expected.
I bought this for a friend who had just had an eye op. She found it to be very comfortable and eased her eye well.

I like the size that fits in my hand as I am using the pads to reduce the pain and swelling in my fingers.

Fit for small purposes
Probably okay to put in a cooler to keep items cool but if your using to keep on your body then they don't last long at all. I wouldn't suggest these to use when training but useful for certain things.
