CORE Rechargeable Battery (1250 mAh) for Hybrid Headlamps - Micro-USB

Ive had a number of these batteries. I have 4 headlamps that use the core battery. My wife and I use them daily. I walk our dogs in evening, work on things in the garage, my wife uses them daily to make jewelry. The headlamps are super helpful. I'm shocked how long these batteries last. We've been using these headlamps for years. DAILY. They have been recharged 1000s of times. They still work like new. Its outstanding. Well done Petzl!

Worth the price. Battery last a long time.

These worked great with Petzl headlamps during the recent ice storm when we were without power for 11 days. Having an extra battery pack allows you to be recharging one while you're using one.

Use this for my Petzl headlamp that I use when I have to take my dog outside in the middle of the night. Fast charging.

Very impressed...The Petzl Accu Core battery has longer life than rechargeable Ni-Mh AAA batteries. How much more? 3 to 4 times more than other rechargeable AAA batteries after usage over the past couple of months. I work in somewhat harsh conditions; high humidity, salty air, 90-100F degree summer temperatures. I need bright directed light to work on electronics and wiring in awkward places under buildings and in attics. Petzl is the most durable product I have found. I have sweated gallons into Petzl and they endure like no others in their price class. The headlamp is around my neck or in use all day long at work, and at home for reading and hobbies. I was hesitant to get this Petzl Core battery because of the price. It’s basically the same amount I spend on the headlamps from Petzl. I’m glad I did! I recharge it once a week at most, usually it lasts up to two weeks for me. Where-as the Ni-Mh AAAs had to be replaced every two days. I have several sets of AAAs ready to go, cycling them in and out of the charger. I would highly recommend this to any moderate to heavy users of Petzl headlamps. The reliability and longevity are vast improvements worth paying for in my case.

There's good reason to use a rechargeable battery.. (AAA batteries last a few hours and sometimes they don't make good contact in a Petzl headlamp. I have several headlamps and always have spare AAA batteries rolling around with partly used ones in my car. Recharging a single battery while I drive is an attractive idea.) The AccuCore took about 10 hours to initially charge and takes 4-6 hours to recharge after 1 hour's use. Compared to 3 fresh AAAs, it's not quite as bright in either white or red but very small difference. This battery runs down in a couple hours, lasting about half or less the time that 3 AAA batteries last. It fits some other headlamps and appliances too! but not Black Diamond, haven't checked Princeton yet.

A great addition! Only issue is that I wish it was usb c like everything else.

Bought this to go with and Actic headlamp (not the "core" model that included the battery). The battery, separate from the light was a MUCH better deal for the whole package. The battery is a really great idea since the design of the light allows the use of either AAA batteries (including Metal Hydride rechargeables) or this battery pack. The genius of the battery pack is in the built in USB charging connector. This is what makes the whole system outstanding. Particularly for situations where you're going to need to run the light for 8-12 hours (like in a LONG trail race late in the season.) I don't know what is wrong with the seller I got it from since they (TecTrove) seems to be calling this a bluetooth headset and it's clearly not. So maybe stay away from them, but totally buy this battery if you have the compatible Petzl models.

I love this little battery. It's proprietary to Petzl products but its tiny, lightweight and easy to swap out when needed.

Il prezzo non è economico per essere una batteria ricaricabile, ma in poco tempo si rientra dell'investimento risparmiando i soldi per le pile AAA. La durata della batteria è conforme a quanto indicato da Petzl: per la torcia ACTIK a piena potenza (450 lumen) dura circa 2 ore. Vantaggi: - puoi ricaricare la batteria ed essere certo della durata che avrai la prossima volta, senza più avere mille pile AAA mezze usate in giro. - usare la massima luminosità senza paura che la torcia si scarichi o di star usando delle pile non ricaricabili (alla massima potenza in 2 ore consumi tre pile AAA) - più rapida e comoda da montare e smontare rispetto alle tre pile AAA Io ne ho comprata una di scorta! Nota negativa per il vecchio cavetto USB, che però è quantomeno incluso nella confezione. Un rapido calcolo: Ipotizzo che 10 pile AAA costino 4,50€ La batteria PETZL costa 22€, equivalente a 49 pile. 49 pile sono circa 16 utilizzi (da 2 ore se a massima potenza, da 10 ore se a potenza intermedia). In circa 16 utilizzi il costo della batteria eguaglia quello delle tre pile AAA

Przed pierwszym użyciem dobrze jest go doładować. Aku wkładamy do czołówki, podłączamy kabel jednym końcem do lampki a drugi do ładowarki i ładujemy. Dioda na aku gaśnie, kończymy ładowanie.
