I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and have spent untold amounts of $$$ trying to find a product that could control the pain. Until now, the only thing that helped at all was Mama Bear Oasis, but only minimally. So when I ordered Nervacol, I had no real expectations. And then... it worked! Easy to apply, quickly absorbed, and the relief from pain lasts for hours! I apply it in the a.m. and before bed. Sometimes in late afternoon, too, if I'm home - and the relief is palpable. This cream is a MIRACLE!!!!! I have tried every cream on the market. First use immediately you can feel the difference. After a few days WOW it WORKS!!!! For real!!!!! Mussel & Joint pain. I was skeptical about this product because I’ve tried so many topical treatments. When I saw that someone’s good review described the same issues that i have - peripheral neuropathy and venous insufficiency, i immediately added it to my cart. The first application provided so much relief, as I am experiencing a very swollen and painful flare up right now. I think it’s too expensive, a tiny jar of cream should be at least half the amount it’s costs, it’s has no greasiness, the menthol in it has more of a candy scent than a medicine scent that’s not too strong, it absorbs nicely, it’s definitely effective but for me, my pain is too severe to have a lasting effect. It really only lasted for about 20-30 minutes but it might work better for others, that’s the only reason I gave it four stars. I’m not mad at this only because i understand how far a topical product can get. And that’s that! Good luck to anyone going through horrible pain :)

It worked great on my painful toe but when I rubbed it on my foot it burned so bad I had to stop using it! MAMA BEAR OASIS worked the best for my foot and toe nerve pain I have to deal with post Shingles!

Feels great once I put it on ..3 mins in it goes to work. I deal with C5 neck pain,shoulders &upper back. Not much is needed & the bottle fits in the palm of your hand, 2 oz... I'd buy again. I also get tingling in my arms &lower back & it helps ... But not a miracle cream.

I've been in pain with neuropathy and Venous insufficiency. It was worsening over the two years making it impossible to walk. I took a chance and ordered NERVACOL based on reviews. Truthfully, I didn't expect much. I was shocked when I spread the cream on my feet and ankles and GOT IMMEDIATE RELIEF! It lasted 24 hours. Fine with me. Only takes 3 minutes to spread Nervacol over both feet & ankles. Thank you Pharmapulse!!

A good product -- easy to apply and very effective for a short period of time. I would like it better if it lasted longer. Even so, I buy it again and again.
