915B403001 Replacement Lamp with Housing for Mitsubishi TV WD-60735, WD-60737, WD-60C8, WD-82837

I thought this was a great purchase but now I realized that they don't last long, bought one in February and now it went out. Can't find anything about warranty, I think they should last a long time at least one year.

You should sell sunglasses with this lamp. Thank You. I greatly appreciate receiving this arriving within 40 hours of ordering it, and it was a Holiday Weekend to boot. Before you future 1 star folks install this, clean ALL your fans, it takes less than half an hour. Heat is what causes the bulb to blow. The fans are critical. Unplug your TV, use a phillips screwdriver to remove all the screws needed and pull the back cover off the TV. I use a paper towel soaked in Grunge Off to wipe the dust off the fans, let dry, then use compressed air in a can to spray everywhere possible. Red light blinking is your center fan, Yellow light blinking is the fan behind your lamp. I hope you see what I now see, it is brilliant.

I order this buld on Aug 8th, received it a few days later and installed it but only lasted 3 months. Yesterday Nov 8th started going dim and today almost black. Very disappointing. I will be looking for another brand next time for sure.

I’ve had to purchase this bulb 2 times this year! Now I need another! 3 in 11 months! I even purchased a 3 year protection plan from ASURION. I contacted them- they WILL NOT do anything- even with the PP! Amazon will do nothing either! No one is willing to help me at all! So disappointed! ****** DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT**** The company ignores you - they have no interest in making it right!!!

Glass over the front of the bulb was cracked all the way across. Not sure what the cause of that was. Bulb was in its original box with foam and that box was packaged inside another box for shipping. No apparent damage to either box when it arrived. Most used TV in house had been out for days while waiting on this bulb so I decided to go ahead and put it in and see if it worked. It does. I've bought several of these replacement bulbs from different places over the years we've had this TV. Some have been brighter than others. Some have lasted longer than others, but they all look to be made the same. This one seems a little dimmer when TV turns on but color gets better in a few minutes. Overall picture may not be as bright as it has been, but not bad. Still beats paying the prices they want at appliance store for the same bulb. Hope the cracked glass doesn't affect the life of this one. Been a couple of weeks now and so far so good

My wife found a TV on the side of the road, me as a tech guy was like great another broke TV, but did some research and it was just a bad lamp, my wife found it on Amazon and it now sits in our living room works great.

Had for 3 days and already does not work…..
