High recommended USB C to Midi cable
Super handy USB to MIDI (supports both MIDI OUT and MIDI IN). I plugged in by (musical) keyboard to my tablet and PC and it worked really well. Super speedy and reliable connection and it was easy to set up

Midi to a 30 year old keyboard
Still trying to get it working with an old yamaha keyboard. Otherwise build quality good.

Works well in linux Ubuntu 24.04
Works well with Ubuntu 24.04 and MuseScore, out of the box. All it needs is to: 1. Pay attention that the IN cable goes into the OUT port of the piano, and viceversa; 2. In MuseScore 4, go to preferences, MIDI, and choose the appropriate MIDI input, whcih is the CH323 or a similar number (run "lsusb" in a terminal once connected to find out its name).

No opto-isolation
Worked on windows 11 however had ground loop issues so retuned. Suspect Midi in is not opto-isolated. opto-isolation is part off the the Midi spec.

Junky product that doesn’t work.
Cheap, plasticky rubbish, which would be okay for the price if it worked… but it’s dead. No lights come on. No midi is transmitted. Waste of time.

Plug and play on mac mini m2

La mia configurazione consiste come source in una vecchissima master keyboard oppure una tastiera NORD electro3 e come output, al momento, un semplice tablet Xiaomi Redmi PAd 8.7 4+64gb. L'idea è di usare il tablet come expander e dopo qualche esperimento, aiutato da Gemini, ho trovato il software giusto, nel mio caso il FluidSyntMidi, in quanto abbastanza leggero. Il cavo viene riconosciuto immediatamente dal tablet, se occorre fare qualche aggiustamento nel setup (tipo evitare il risparmi o energetico della batteria per evitare lag), basta farsi aiutare da un LLM, nel mio caso ho chiesto a Gemini. Ovviamente utilizzando device piu' performanti come un iPAD, il risultato probabilmente sarebbe migliore in termini qualitativi, ma il cavo MIDI comunque si è dimostrato all'altezza.

Tengo un teclado Yamaha desde casi 20 años. Pues, he logrado de conectarlo con FL Studio para Android gracias a este gadget. Lo univo raro era que el cable Midi que indica IN tiene que entrar en el OUT del teclado y viceversa.
