This is the best investment I've made since my miniature washing machine! It produces a good quantity within 30 minutes. I've had no problems with it, and it basically been running non stop since I bought it in May. Not the quietest but not too loud to where it is bothersome. The cubes will melt if you do not use them within a reasonable time-frame, but it's nice that it melts back down into the reservoir and is recycled back to ice. I'm an ice eater, and I'm totally in love with the cubes it produces. Crunchy shell, chewy inside!! Get it, it works better expected.

I was only able to use this machine for about 2 months. I followed all of the operating and cleaning instructions, but there is some type of corrosion/rust on the stainless steel. It also makes the same size ice regardless of which size it's set to. I have reached out to the seller a couple of times, so I'm really hoping they'll make it right.

I had an igloo brand before this and it began to leak when using. This ice maker is so much better. It’s so quiet sometimes I forget I’m making ice! I would highly recommend this brand.

We’ve had ice makers before - of course, they don’t last forever. But this one lasted less than six months! Amazon should stop selling these machines if they stop working so quickly.

It makes ice just fine. It works fire what we need. The only drawback is that the ice is melted on the surface. So when you put it in your freezer, it all sticks together

Easy to use but after starting to use it , it has a funky smell. Wecleabed it with vinegar & water & it still has the smell. The ice tastes fine. We empty the ice into a new zip lock bag which didn't have any smell to it but after taking ice out of icemaker bin it seemed to have a fishy like smell. We've used water from our filtered pitcher & we made sure that was OK. Just can't figure it out. We cleaned it again with vinegar & water & it still stinks. Note, the ice doesn't have any bad taste to it. ** This was my second ice maker. The first 1 stopped working 32 days after receiving it. So far its working fine. We make sure our stuff is clean so I don't get why the smell.

Perfect alternative to icemaker in the freezer. Would be perfect if the capacity to hold more ice was a bit bigger but it's great for 1 to 2 people.

Love counter ice makers but they don't last long. Mine break once a year. Sadly, this one lasted three weeks. Got my refund, just a pain having to haul it back to UPS. Save your boxes for returns.
