Excellent
These are excellent. The head is a smaller size, which is perfection and very hard to find with a bristle length appropriate for adults. I had a plastic toothbrush years ago with similar size which was second to this only due to materials used. The natural bristle brushes are lovely, gentle, very good at cleaning without the feeling of excessive abrasion and pressure. The stains on my teeth are happily lifting off, even from nooks and crannies they usually nestle in until a dental hygienist scapes them off. I was using BASS brushes for years from Orowellness. Theirs are still lovely, but I think for now I'll be using these. Some bristles do dislodge at first. I don't mind. I store with brisles upside down, resting on my toothpaste pot, and this probably helps bristles dry properly and hold bristles better. The wood handle is smooth, sanded and likely waxed. Very nice product. No obvious plastic that I can see/find anywhere.

Great Brushes
The good: They last at least a month without any issues (smell, excessive wear, shedding, etc) which is really qhen brushes should be replaced anyway. My dentist says my teeth have been cleaner since switching to these brushes, so I believe the mildly more abrasive boar hair compared to nylon is an advantage. The meh: Each brush invariably has two or three hairs which shed on first use. I can usually find one by rubbing the brush against my palm a few times, but I still get one or two in my mouth. The best option I have found is to brush a few strokes on my teeth, examine the brush, repeat, and I can usually find a loose hair standing out before it comes fully loose. I have never experienced continued shedding after the first use, however, so I don't see this as a significant drawback. Other thoughts: The handle does need to be able to dry after brushing, if it stays wet it may turn gross colors. I have a cup that keeps the handle of the brush from standing in any water which may drip after brushing. I also use 160f hot water from the tap which I use to rinse it, which may help keep it cleaner and dry faster.

I Couldn't Take The Texture
I looked at these toothbrushes for months before pulling the trigger. I was so excited when I got them and they looked great. Unfortunately, I only lasted a few days. By the 3rd day I paid extra to have plastic toothbrushes overnighted to me because I couldn't STAND the feeling of the dry bamboo rubbing against my skin. Ugh I'm grossed out just thinking back on it. I normally close my lips around the plastic toothbrush and walk around while brushing my teeth. With the bamboo one I had to open my mouth wide while standing over the sink trying to avoid the unpleasant feeling of the wood touching my lips, but I still felt it. The bristles weren't that bad, though they get smashed up really quickly. They are softer than I'm used to but that could have worked for me. But now I'm stuck with 11 of these toothbrushes because I can never again have the feeling of that dry raw bamboo rubbing against my wet mouth. YUUUUUCK!!!! I'm sad to say I've returned to scraping plastic across my teeth. :(

Very Clean Teeth - Great Toothbrush!
In my search of a non-plastic toothbrush I landed on these. I was worried by some other reviews that the hairs maycome apart on this brush and that has definitely not been the case. These are GREAT. They are a 'softer' brush (especially in comparison to store-bought hard plastic brands), but I have found they really (like really) get your teeth super clean! I have had zero issues with this toothbrush (no hairs coming out the brush, etc). I will definitely be re-ordering these as they are a new staple in our house. I highly recommend if you are looking for a more non-tox toothbrush.

No plastic but doesn’t clean as well
Great alternative to plastic. Unfortunately these don’t clean teeth as well as plastic bristles.

Clean teeth
Great tooth brush at a good price the tapered handle is easier on the hand than the dowel shaped handle.

Not worth the money
These bamboo toothbrushes shed bristles. Not worth the money. Snow makes a better one.

Probably the best toothbrush money can buy
What's in the glue tho? Perfect bristle hardness, I absolutely love these. Why rub plastic into your gums when you could use these?? They only last a few weeks each. But gosh dang are they awesome while they last and they're not really expensive. I think they're absolutely worth the money. And if you need to, you can stretch how long they last. 6/5 imo

100% worth it, the cheapest and nicest quality boar hair toothbrushes Ive used. The bristles aren’t too hard, quick and easy, with no seed oils and no opportunity for micro plastics, they should last quite a while.

The bristles don’t fall out. Work great at cleaning my teeth.

Adatti per chi è allergico al Nylon. L'allergia al Nylon è una cosa seria e anche il filo interdentale deve essere di pura seta o cotone. Ottimo acquisto
