The description is very misleading. These are just hardbound books with a paper cover that "looks" leatherbound. I would have retuirned it but the postage would kill me. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Leather-look covers
I thought this set had leather covers. The books average out to $50 per book, and I was disappointed that the covers were paper with a "leather look."

Ripoff, actually
They look really cool. But they are designed to look leather bound when the dust jackets are not durable. With tax, this came out to over $400. There is no reason that these need to be $400. If they were actually leather bound, then absolutely. But just a regular hardback set?? It’s a waste of money
