Are these true square cut 5” pieces or will I have to recut for true squares?

These are perfect cut 5” squares. The colors are beautiful. You will love what you can do with them.

Are these pre-shrunk?

I do not believe that it is pre-shrunk, but I also would not wash charm squares before sewing. It is so easy to distort fabric when it is wet and these being so small, the possibility of distortion is very great. Flannel is another story, but I have had no trouble with Kona Cotton shrinking after it has been sewn. Hope this helps.
