Excellent. Very durable and I would say relatively accurate. I’ve never had overcooked or undercooked food since I’ve been using this, but I do allow 5° difference just to be on the safe side. Baked chicken in the oven, grilling chicken, checking the temperature of cooking oil, fried chicken, grilled fish, etc. I wish I would’ve bought one of these years ago.

Purchased this to replace another brand I had used for years. This one is fantastic! Quick temp monitoring, super easy to read and cleanup. And the larger handle keeps fingers a safe distance from the hot items. Pretty straightforward!

I’ve been using this electric meat thermometer for a little while now, and overall I’m really happy with it. Love this digital thermometer. I’ve had one for a long time and it just gave out. What I like about this one is that it’s big, easy to read, and goes on as soon as you open the sensor. I also like that it takes regular batteries as opposed to the coin shaped ones. You can change Fahrenheit to Celsius too. The magnet is fine to hold it on to the frig… I’ve noticed some places on the frig have more metal and hold magnets better. I use it for tempering chocolate, checking temp on meat and many other uses.. great price too. A keeper!
