beatXP AirStream Pro Air Compression Full Leg Massager with Handheld Remote| Calf, Foot, Thigh Blood Circulation with Heat Therapy for Swelling and Edema Pain Relief, Corded Electric, Black

Different modes, different pressure levels, heating option. Superb compression and kneading mode. Awesome product. Total relaxation to feet, valves and thighs. Perfect massager for old age, prescribed physiotherapy.

The product did not work. Air compression never worked. They raised a return request. The product for return was to be picked up on January 21, 2024. The courier did not show up. The status showed that courier refused to pick up over some issue. I raised a query on January 23, 2024.they told me since it is refused by courier they will do an enquiry and nothing can be done till January 28, 2024. When I checked again on January 28, 2024 the product's return timeline was closed. I am not going to buy ever again anything from AMAZON. They have lost me as a customer. Thanks, Amazon for the wonderful experience.

I found the product good. But not useful for my cardiac parents. So, requested them to take back. The delivery person not attended / reached my address. Gave excuses. Finally I'm under loss of product which is not at al useful for me. Rs.6000 is a big amount for middle class. Kindly keep this in mind. Customer support also not gave their hands to find solution.

In less than six months, the product stopped working, and the company refused to provide any service. Effectively, the product has no warranty. It is also extremely difficult to contact the company’s service centre — there is no email ID or phone number provided on Amazon, and the numbers available online are invalid. I had to search through multiple pages just to find a contact. After continuous follow-ups for 3–4 months, Amazon assured a reverse pickup and refund process. However, after delaying it further, Amazon also refused both the refund/replacement and the product pickup. It clearly appears that Amazon is supporting BeatXP in these unethical business practices.

I bought this item for my mother and it is soft and comfy. 3 different options are available for massage. Got the product today and used it almost 3 times. So far good. The only issue is with the velcro, not firm. When max pressure is used, then the strips are coming apart easily.

Not up to the mark or expectations, please take it back at the earliest

The product does the job but the heating function is limited to knee region . The heat is not very strong

Such a costly thing is not working after a month. Though I did all trouble shooting options.
