Quality is good. Lightweight. No assembly really. Easy to pop open. Red white and blue. How can you go wrong with those colors. It can be tipped back, but I don’t use it that way.

Perfect size for your small tables. Easy to open and close.

I have a portable umbrella stand but it isn’t compatible with a typical beach umbrella that has a spiral sand dig. This umbrella has a small plastic cone shaped end point to get into sand. It works with my stand. I can take the stand and umbrella car camping. It’d be shading me, my picnic chair, and a small table. I can drape a mosquito net over it to ward off flying insects. The shade is for maximum two small picnic chairs not big recliners. I like the small size and metal pole. The colorful fabric is cheerful. It is easy to put together and to tilt. I wish it has wind flap to be more wind tolerant.

These are the tools you need to if you want to tilt the umbrella and also if you want to use it as a table umbrella and close it up when it’s windy—small hammer and flat head screw driver or chisel and some kind of strap to hold it when you want to close it up. I had some Velcro straps with loops so I looped 3 together for a strap. I hope it holds. To tilt the umbrella you need to lightly pound the ring up, holding the chisel:driver and hammer the end of it all around. To tilt the umbrella you have to pull at one end of the umbrella to tilt it. It’s a manual pull on the ends, not a button. To bring the ring back down so you can manually un-tilt the umbrella, you have to place the screw driver tip at the top of the ring and pound the hammer lightly downward. When the ring is down you can manually pull the opposite side of the umbrella so it’s straight up and not tilted. It is pretty though. In the pictures below you can see the marks I made on the ring before I had the idea to use a flat screw driver.

I set this up as a shelter for a bird feeder tray last fall. It is the full 5 feet when open and the pole is quite strong. I spread a cargo net from the $ store over the umbrella ( as a precaution) and anchored it to the fence so it wouldn't lift up and fly with the wind. This umbrella has been up for months , has held together through strong winds and heavy snow. there is no rust and the fabric has not torn at all. I purchased a second one of these in black thinking that I would need it as replacement for this green one but since there's no damage to the green one I might just build another feeder! This is an excellent quality umbrella at a great price.

We returned last month the item as was too big and heavy . The seller has not processed the refund yet.

Bright colour, didn't feel or look cheap. Good price. I was happy with this product.
