The first knife I took out of the thin plastic sleeve has deep sharp gauge marks. Can you replace just one knife? Or do I need to return them all.

I don’t know if you can, but I would ask the seller if that is possible. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the set of knives, but I absolutely am impressed with these. I like the fact that they are made of solid metal, so they’re less prone to carry bacteria in hidden spots, such as wooden handles do. They are also nice and sharp. They are better then most knife sets that I’ve owned in the past and would give them as a gift if the situation arose. Sorry I can’t answer the specific question you’re asking.

Good looking, practical and nice and large

I love these. I love that they look very sleek and unusual, like the three different shapes. They are good looking, practical and great to use. They are a little bigger than I expected, which I like, I was worried they'd by too small, but they are a good size. I serve a lot of cheese trays at functions/gatherings and I absolutely love these.

I am SUPER impressed at how well this is made! The wood block is thick and not flimsy and the knives are so sturdy, the handles are nice and thick and give you a nice grip and feel great in your hand. This would be a fantastic gift for a wedding shower or house warming present and of course for a birthday or Christmas too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Great purchase!
