This isn’t gluten free FYI Some of the negative reviews on here are about the fact that it isn't really keto or low carb. Here is the thing........I miss pasta, I miss it alot and everything else I've tried to date has fallen flat. Will I eat this every day? No. This is 16 net carbs per portion vs. regular pasta at 50 grams carbs plus per serving so depending on how many net carbs you want to consume per day on keto you can add this in. For me when I'm trying to lose weight I eat 20 net carbs or less so this isn't something I would regularly consume. But on a Friday night after a long week and I just want a little comfort food would I choose this as a cheat rather than totally going off the rails with regular pasta absolutely. If you are on mainetnence this is a good option to rotate in. A few points: I cooked this several minutes longer than 3 minutes for me - probably more like 5 or 6 I think this tasted better on day 2. I made beef stroganoff with it and it was good last night but I put the left overs in a bowl covered in my sauce and just reheated and it is really tasty and better today. Buy this with confidence that it's gonna likely be the best LOWER carb pasta you'll find! The price is worth it to me to keep my lower carb way of eating long term.

Very good for people with type two diabetes. Tasted great and protein was good.

This product was very very good and easy to work with. The flavor is good and texture not rubbery. However it is a bit high for us keto users.

I am in love with this pasta! was nervous to try it but did so last night and it is just like traditional pasta! Added it to lentil soup and it came out great. Will purchase this many many more times!

I bought these noodles and was pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted. For the price, they’re a great value, and they make a solid low-carb substitute for regular pasta. They aren’t as filling as traditional noodles — which is expected with low-carb options — but the texture comes close enough that it still feels like you’re eating real pasta. My only wish is that the portion size was a bit larger. Overall, though, it’s a tasty and satisfying option if you’re trying to cut carbs without giving up pasta completely.

Great noodles. I break them up and make macaroni and cheese low carb.

At 18g net carbs per 2 oz this is very a much lower carb, not a low carb, option. I knew what I was ordering but wanted to give this and another brand a go at the same time. This is nice enough pasta but the carb count is high enough that it really pushes my limit for a day when adding any kind of sauce. Makes it hard to really eat it as often as I would like. Nice but I won’t be buying it again as a result and have reordered the other brand. Also, my pasta was smashed to little pieces when received which was disappointing since it meant I could do what I wanted to with it. This fact didn’t change my rating but I wanted to mention it in case it was important to others. Not sure if it started life like it or if it happened in shipping.

The product is fine it was priced the same now for one as 12 previously. Ridiculous
