so far so good. it definitely prints just as clear as my munbyn 300dpi printer. doesn’t handle smaller fonts as well. but it prints TRUE BLACK BACKGROUND LABELS! which is what i’m looking for. i wanted to have white text w/ a black background & my munbyn is TERRIBLE at this. this app is also way better & has way more features than the ones for the larger phomemo & munbyn printers. which i appreciate. (im sorry but the labelife app for the larger phomemo printers is too bare bones! why can’t we have an app like print master for larger printers!) i’m glad they FINALLY fixed the app bc it was a mess for a while there. it’s the whole reason i even bought a munbyn to begin w/. i swore off phomemo bc the app was so bad. but they listened to the feedback & they fixed the issues & i appreciate that. i love a company that listens to its consumers. it connected to my phone super easily. it’s so cheap for how high quality the print is. i do wish you could use flat labels w/ it. only bc i have so many of them. but it’s a trade off im willing to make. i will update if i have any issues. also, i love that its very easy to align the labels. my munbyn is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to print straight w/. it’s the biggest reason im getting rid of it. i end up wasting 5x more labels than i actually use. so hopefully i dont have that issue w/ this. i will need to see how well it prints small shipping labels. bc it does say it can do that. so i’ll update once those labels get delivered. but i normally use 2x3in shipping labels printers on my inkjet and munbyn so it shouldnt be an issue bc this seems to print even clearer than that.

I purchased this label printer for my DIL at Christmas. This is a great label printer! She has started working in my office and brought it in to help organize the filing, and product manufacturing. We now have all our hardware bags for a product we manufacture labeled, and organized. I have an older brother label machine, and I have to say I like this one better. Clear lettering, easy to use, fast, and efficient.

You are telling me I can make 50 labels in about 15 seconds? Something that by hand takes me an hour? YES, PLEASE. Very, very happy with this little label maker. Super portable, super fast, easy to use, easy to setup. I even got a cute little carrying case for it.

Bought this printer a while ago, destined for a property we bought. When I tried to use it on my PC, it wouldn't work. I tried and tried, but nothing. So I put it aside. Tried again last week and still the same. Finally contacted the company, and they responded within just a few hours. Told me I was using the wrong software. D'oh! So I downloaded the software, and still nothing. So I contacted them again. Again, they responded within 1 day. Told me I needed to use that software on my phone, not the PC. Note: Print Master (the correct software to use) only works on mobile devices, not PCs. When I did that, everything worked very well. Easy to use - both the machine and the software. Printing is nice and crisp. They even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy and everything was working. Great follow-through by a company. Very rare these days. And the advice/information they gave was accurate and straightforward. Love the machine. I definitely would buy from them again. My only request is that they modify the software to work on a PC. It's easier to create and modify images and such with a mouse on a PC than with your finger on a phone. Otherwise, I'd have given a 5-Star rating.

This printer does exactly what I wanted it for. I am using it to create labels for my 3D printing filament. It interfaces with the filament database and accepts the pre-formatted labels that the database generates. The printer was super easy to get connected, and I was printing labels in just a few minutes. It seems like a quality product so far. For the price, this thing is definitely worth it.

Quality Product…Phomemo M220 Thermal Label Printer connects easily to the Print Master App. No INK required…ever. There are many FREE fonts, borders, icons and more. You can even add your photos to a label. The thermal lettering is very black which creates a nice contrast to your label. It’s easy to center your lettering/design before you print. I have only used Phomemo labels due to reviews of competitor products, and they are very good as well. This is my 2nd printer by Phomemo (D30 was my 1st). I found a company that makes great products, so I’m sticking with Phomemo!!

Ok, so I like the size of the label that came with it. But the printer app had a couple downsides right off the bat. First of all, I picked a template and customized it the way I wanted it. It printed offside. It turns out the template was for a different size roll of labels. I wish there was a setting that entered (and remembered) what size roll you’re using, and only offered corresponding templates. Secondly, you’re only allowed a certain number of “premium” options free (graphics, borders, FONTS!) before you have to pay a subscription. I don’t recall seeing anything about a subscription when I purchased this printer. (I couldn’t even use my own picture… at least I haven’t found a way to do so yet.) This is quite an upset as I was hoping to use it some for that purpose as I start up my home based business. (I’ll also be using it for home food storage labeling.) Other than that, I like that it does take larger labels than my previous printer did. The print was clear, clean, & legible.

Purchased this unit for my body product business and couldn’t be happier! Fast printing, easy to load and align, only wastes the first label once in a while, software was super easy to find on the App Store (it comes with a QR code as well), was quick and easy to create my account and started using it immediately! I didn’t subscribe to the app because you can upload all your pre-made designs from Canva, cricut, word, DB & Creative Fabrica! I love that it takes all brands of labels too! Ordered some extra labels for my art studio and homeschool supplies! Definitely recommend this model 100%

Works really well. App is very intuitive. Brilliant that you don’t need ink and there are many label formats you can use. Great product.

A nice handheld size, easy to setup, I opened it and connected it to my phone immediately, a professional looking printer very neat that will sit on any desk and take up hardly any space, quick printing, there are plenty of patterns and styles on the app to use, performs beautifully, quality of the labels is very good, I'm delighted with my purchase, you can make address labels and thank you labels whatever you would like, I highly recommend, thank you very much.
